Happiest Days Wedding & Event Design and Planning

Our approach to design and planning centers on artist and couple collaboration, custom details, and your story! My life as an artist and theatre director have given me a unique advantage in interpreting your love story into a meaningful celebration full of details particular to you, with an eye on design & budget. As part of our packages, we offer some extras that you won't find anywhere else, for example we include an extra six hours of time for our month of planning program. This has been used to create table numbers/table names, find a last minute vendor, or to dream up a design inspiration. In partial and full planning packages you get our artistic eye helping to create your vision in unique and unexpected ways, extra assistance in pulling off all those details, and great relationships with other vendors that can result in big savings for you. Lastly, we offer a lovely handmade wedding gift to each of our couples. 

I have executed amazing events full of fun and celebration, coordinating teams for lighting, decor, food, music, and most importantly happy guests. Our art studio can hand create gifts and favors particular to your wedding and your style. We love to host fun DIY bridesmaid showers or bachelorettes with a fun craft night favor theme. Lastly, we work with Sandals to get you access to great deals and extras for Destination Weddings and Honeymoons. You can book through us!

Jewel Weddings- Full Weddings Produced to work with your budget- (up to 50 people-total wedding budget 8K-15K)

Jewel weddings are intimate weddings (20-50 people maximum) that are completely inclusive: food, alcohol, decor, photographer, ceremony, cake/dessert, and music. These weddings include all the bells and whistles-perfect little jewels! However, since the wedding party and guest list is limited to 50 people, its wonderfully affordable. I have created partnerships with local vendors to assist me in producing your wedding and customize the experience according to your priorities and your story. We will sit down and talk about what you envision, perfect venues, and options for your special day. I will work with you from beginning to end and help you choose vendors, make design choices, source or custom created design details, and link you with other vendors that match your date, style, and budget. Myself and my team will be onsite for your wedding overseeing that everything runs smoothly and you can celebrate. This package is perfect for couples who prefer small weddings, elopements, civil weddings, and vow renewals.

 

Full Planning- $3400

We will spend some time getting to know you as a couple, learning about your story, and your style. Together we will design all the details that make your wedding uniquely yours! We will oversee ceremony coordination and assist in vendor selection: venue, florist, caterer, rentals, transportation, bridal party gifts, favors, etc. We will be your point of contact for all these small details and see you through dream, design,  and wedding day! We will walk through the whole process together with face to face meetings, emails, and phone calls. Lean on us to use our design and planning expertise to handle the details and coordinate the many vendors into your unique vision.  We'll be present at both the rehearsal and wedding day to make sure everything runs smoothly!

 

Partial Planning - $2400

This plan is perfect for the couple who have a venue booked, ceremony site planned, and some idea of theme, food, and details, but are needing some support in bringing the event together. We are happy to work with you to iron out the vision, tie up the design details, and coordinate vendors to make sure your happy day is relaxed and joyful! We'll meet face to face, and keep in contact via email and phone. We'll be there to help during the rehearsal and on site wedding day!

 

Design Consultation and Planning Advice- $250 per hour

A great option for the couple who is DIY but wants some professional input on how to create a design plan, sourcing advice, and vendor recommendations.

 

Wedding Shower Craft Parties - starting at $500 for 8 people

We are happy to lead a make and take craft party, perfect for Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, or getting those DIY favors done. These parties are so much fun! We'll bring the craft to you at a home, restaurant, or hall. We come with all the supplies and instruction how to's. Fun parties we've done are jewelry, paint a plate, paint a fairy house ( great for terrariums).
