This 12" plate is a generous size and can be used as round platter or cake plate. You may also personalize by adding on small heart at the base of the tree to acknowledge a loved one and/or place a short message around the bottom rim of the plate.

Heart of Hope- The Caralynn Titter Foundation aims to support, serve, educate, and assist pediatric heart transplant families before, during, and after transplantation. Heart of Hope will work directly with hospital personnel to help meet the needs of families facing the challenges of pediatric heart transplantation. Heart of Hope is recognized as a charitable organization under section 501 (C) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code in the State of Pennsylvania.
